Solagro regroups a team of multidisciplinary experts who are fully involved and convinced of the importance of the concertation and appropriation phases to ensure the sustainable success of projects.

  • Sylvaine BERGER

    is Deputy Director and responsible for the bioeconomy activity. She follows anaerobic digestion research projects, and also advises anaerobic digestion contractors, in particular on wastewater treatment plants.
     

  • Jean-Luc BOCHU

    is responsible for the agriculture energy climate activity. Planete, Dia'terre®, ACCT: these farm-wide diagnostic tools, recognized outside French borders, are largely the result of his expertise. he also supports agricultural drying projects.
     

  • Natalien CARLIER

    supports the anaerobic digestion's project leaders (farmers, communities, etc.) from the feasibility study to project management assistance.
     

  • Madeleine CHARRU

    is project leader, delegate to the partnerships and the associative project. She was Director of Solagro from 1993 to 2019.
     

  • Aurélien CHAYRE

    is the Director. He is in charge of implementing the project defined in consultation with the board of directors. Christian is a nationally recognized expert in energy transition, particularly for issues related to renewable gases.

    supports territories in their energy, agroecological and food transition strategies. Antoine is based in Lyon.
     

  • Aurélie DELAGE

    is the communication manager. She is responsible for ensuring the visibility of Solagro's projects, recommendations and analyzes among different audiences.

    is a management assistant. She supports the team on the administrative and financial aspects of the various projects carried out at Solagro.

    is Deputy Director. He supports climate initiative (mitigation and adaptation) and energetic initiative in the farming sector. A specialist in questions about the adaptation of agriculture to climate change, he coordinated Solagro's participation in several European projects on this topic.

  • Simon MÉTIVIER

    worked in industry in design and R&D, before succumbing to the allure of foresight and renewable energies. He is now in charge of renewable gas projects: biomethane, gasification, “power to gas” and methanation. Simon is based in Lyon.

The board of directors

Our Board of directors counts between 8 and 17 members and is elected during the general assembly of the members of our association. It is renewed in quarter each year. It meets each quarter to direct and follow the development of the activities. Driving engine of the board of directors, the Bureau counts 5 people.

    Consulting engineer in the service of the economic development of the territories for the valorization of local resources and the support of projects in social and solidarity economy.

    is director of the Dynafor laboratory and researcher in landscape ecology at INRAE.
     

  • Elen DEVAUCHELLE

    is a former employee of Solagro, Elen is an engineer, project manager within a local authority on waste management.
     

  • Claire Dumas

    Researcher in the field of bioeconomy: biological recovery of effluents, waste and gases. Claire is president of Solagro
     

  • Michel DURU

    Research director, currently project manager at INRAE. Michel is an agronomist and works on "global health", in the fields of agriculture, food, environment and human health.
     

  • Mathilde GRESSET

    Trained as an electrical engineer, Mathilde is responsible for analyzing the environmental impacts of the electrical system in prospective scenarios. Mathilde is secretary of the Bureau.
     

  • Emmanuelle Kesse-Guyot

    Nutrition epidemiologist. She is the initiator of the project assessing the impact of organic agriculture on the environment and health (BioNutriNet).

    Founder of a design office dedicated to renewable energies and environment, Paul Neau is vice-president of Solagro. He was president from 2012 to 2014.
     

  • Xavier Normand

    Xavier Normand is a consulting engineer for sustainable cities and territories. Elected mayor of Castanet-Tolosan in 2020, he is also in charge of waste and the circular economy at Sicoval and vice-president of the Decoset mixed union. Xavier is the treasurer of the association.
     

  • Etienne Paul

    Etienne Paul is a professor in higher education in the field of biological reactors and waste and effluent treatment and recovery processes.
